Direct Bank transfers are accepted (due within 10 days – additional terms apply).
When you use a Direct bank transfer for the down payment you will receive an email with all the payment details of your booking and instructions on how to proceed. To finalise the booking you are required to follow the instructions in the email. You are required to make the payment in the next 10 days so we receive it in 3 working days after payment is done. After that period if we are missing the down payment your booking intention can be canceled.  
Once the payment is done, you will receive a confirmation of the payment on your e-mail address together with the invoice. 


The organiser of the virtual fair is allowed to use exhibitors’ content published at  for promotional purposes (e.g. company name, logo, product names/descriptions/photos/videos, etc.). 

Cancellation is possible 3 working days after booking your payment by sending us a written request on and to explain reasons for the cancellation. If the exhibitor for any other reason requests the termination of the contract and a refund, Dissero d.o.o. has the discretion right to decide whether to refund the money paid or not, where, in case of refund, it can calculate the costs incurred so far as well as the calculation of a proportional amount in accordance with the time that the exhibitor was on the page It might happen that some technical functionalities will not work properly every time, or web site is not accessible, but we will do our best to fix those issues in the shortest period of time. Technical issues or bugs that might occur are not the reason for contract termination and money refund.

Free Zone For Young Professionals

Dissero d.o.o. has the discretion right to:

–        refuse a request for Free zone or to disable and delete already open virtual stands without explanation

–        remove Free zone from the Design Expo EU web site. In that case, all the accounts will be informed about 7 days in advance

–        introduce the exhibition fee to existing and all new exhibitors. In that case, all existing exhibitors will be noted about that decision 7 days in advance
